Common questions

How do I open a file?

Tap "Open Local File" to pick an .html / .md / .zip, or "Paste HTML / Markdown" to render whatever you copied from ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

Why is the network blocked?

For privacy and safety, the document runtime blocks the network by default. You can allow it per-document from the ⋯ menu if a file needs external resources.

How do I export a long image or PDF?

Open a document, then ⋯ → "Export Long Image" or "Export PDF". These are Pro features.

What does Pro include? How do I restore it?

Pro unlocks export (long image + PDF) and the local multi-file server. It's a one-time Lifetime purchase or a 6-month plan with a 7-day free trial. To restore on a new device, open the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases".

My files disappeared after an update?

Files are stored in the app's container and persist across updates. If anything seems missing, email us with details.
